camonde（カモンド）の由来

日本語の【家紋,カモン】とフランス語の【monde,モンド】（意味は世界）を組み合わせた造語です。

まだ知られていない日本の伝統技術や文化を国内のみならず世界中の方に知って頂くための架け橋になりたいとの思いから命名しました。

camondeの代表がフランスのパリで生活をしていた時に改めて日本の技術の高さ、奥ゆかしい文化に魅了されたのがきっかけで、生活の中で彩りを添える製品を創りたいとの思いから活動をスタートしました。
何気ない生活の中でふとした瞬間に喜びを感じることができるもの作りをしたいと思っています。
